How These Workouts Fit Your VEICK Bands
VEICK bands are stackable tubes with handles, the same style of training Bodylastics workouts are built on. Every exercise below uses only the pieces in the VEICK set.
Stack bands for the big movements, Squats, Rows and Presses, and use one light band for Raises and Curls.

How To Get More From Your VEICK Set
Tube bands get harder the further they stretch, so you have three ways to progress with your VEICK set:
- Clip more bands onto the same handle.
- Step farther from the door anchor.
- Slow down: take three seconds on the way back.
Add a fourth round, or shorten the rest, before you add more bands.
