What The Two Numbers Mean
Every band carries two numbers. The first is the average tension you feel during most exercises, the same rating as our original bands. The second is the maximum tension, created by threading the band through a loop, clipping both ends onto an accessory and pulling to the end of the stretch.

Will an individual band work with my Bodylastics set?
Yes. Every Bodylastics band uses the same clip system, so an individual band clips onto the handles, ankle straps and anchors from any Bodylastics set and stacks with the bands you already own.
Which individual band should I add?
Add the next band up from the heaviest band you own. If your heaviest is the Black 19–80 lb band, the Purple 23–90 lb or the Grey 40–160 lb band gives you room to keep getting stronger.
Why do single bands link to Amazon?

How do I replace a worn-out band?
Latex ages, so a band will eventually wear out. If a band snaps, breaks or fails in the first 90 days, email help@bodylastics.com with your order number and a photo of the broken band, and Bodylastics replaces it free. After 90 days, buy the same color at our cost from the Bodylastics store on Amazon, using the buttons on this page, as Our Guarantee describes.
