Yes. Every Bodylastics band uses the same clip system, so you can add individual bands to any Bodylastics set to increase its resistance as you get stronger.
Maximum resistance is the combined maximum tension of every band in a Bodylastics set. Each band carries two numbers. The first is the average tension you feel during most exercises, the same rating as our original bands. The second is the maximum tension, created by threading the band through a loop, clipping both ends onto an accessory and pulling to the end of the stretch. The orange band, for example, is rated 30–120 lbs.
