Overall the bands are good. Quality is evident. Took me 4 days to snap one of them. Unfortunately it was one of the 30 pounders. When standing on the bands don't make your loop too big. The rubber snaps near the handle and the string pulls through.

I am Evangelical About These Things
I honestly can't shut up about these bands and the people in my life can attest to that. Having had cheap bands in the past that offered next to no resistance, I can tell you these are the real deal. The weight ratings on them feel true to their free-weight equivalent as well. Being someone who needs to spend months at a time living in a hotel for work, these are indispensable. Just think about it, over 200lbs of resistance in a bag that weighs in at about 5lbs. Its super handy having the extra set of handles and straps as well. I've learned that attaching one of the extra ankle straps to the anchor allows you to clip the carabiner right on for unilateral moves where you don't want the band doubled up. Get this kit and I promise you, as long as you put it to use, you will never regret the purchase.

Let me say this. The tubes are well constructed and the clips are great but the tubes suffer from the lack of versatility compared to Loop style bands. They fall way short BUT I will say this as well,..for the beginner or for someone starting out, Bodylastics tubes are by far the best bar none. If you are at a point where you are very serious about working out with bands, you really need to step up to looped bands. I made a huge leap when I made the switch and you will too.

Warrior mentality
I've always been a fan of the bodylastics brand. My first set of bands was the TO bands and I've bought other bands as bodylastics have progressed their product. The Warrior resistance bands are sweet. Different color bands and handles give it an appeal and make them stand out from the other packages. I have used Bodylastics for 7 years, and find them to be great for adding some strength exercises to augment your cardio program. They are lightweight and simple to use. Yes, the bands break eventually; I have found the Bodylastics personnel to be very helpful in getting them replaced. If you're going for the Mr/Ms Universe thing, stick to free weights. Otherwise, this is a great option.
