Whatafit Resistance Bands: Workouts And Exercises
Your Whatafit resistance bands set comes with tube bands, two handles, ankle straps and a door anchor, which is everything you need for a full body workout at home. Below is a routine built around exactly those pieces, with sets, reps and a follow-along video. Do it two or three times a week and stack more bands as you get stronger.
- Who It's For

How These Workouts Fit Your Whatafit Bands
Whatafit bands are stackable tubes with handles, the same style of training Bodylastics workouts are built on. Every exercise below uses only the handles, door anchor and ankle straps that come in the Whatafit set.
The Whatafit set stacks to about 100 lbs. For Squats, Rows and Presses, that may be all you need at first. If you outgrow it, add resistance by stepping farther from the anchor before you buy anything new.

How To Get More From Your Whatafit Set
Tube bands get harder the further they stretch, so you have three ways to progress with your Whatafit set:
- Clip more bands onto the same handle.
- Step farther from the door anchor.
- Slow down: take three seconds on the way back.
When you can finish every set with all five bands and two reps to spare, you have outgrown the set for that exercise.
