Questions About The High Row
What muscles does the Resistance Band High Row work?
The Resistance Band High Row works the Rear Shoulders (Posterior Deltoids). The Rhomboids and Middle Trapezius of the Upper Back assist, along with the Biceps as the elbows bend.
How is a High Row different from a regular Row?
In the Resistance Band High Row, your elbows travel back at shoulder height, out to the sides, which shifts the work to the Rear Shoulders. A regular Row keeps the elbows lower and closer to the body, working more of the Lats and Mid Back.
