Resistance Band Lying Lateral Raise
The Resistance Band Lying Lateral Raise works the Side Shoulders (Lateral Deltoids) while you lie on your back, so the floor stabilizes your body and your spine is not compressed. With ankle straps around your hands and the bands anchored low, you sweep your arms out until your elbows are level with your shoulders.
