Resistance Band Lying Front Raise
The Resistance Band Lying Front Raise works the Front Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) while you lie on your back, so the floor supports your body and your spine is not compressed. With the bands anchored low on the door, you raise straight arms from between your knees to directly above your chest.
