Bought from Bodylastics? Email help@bodylastics.com and we'll take it from there. Bought on Amazon or elsewhere? Start the return with that store.

Send It To Bodylastics USA
Pack it in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase, and mail it to: Bodylastics USA Inc., Returns, 4800 N Federal Hwy B200, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Return shipping is paid by the customer for orders from bodylastics.com. Amazon orders go back through Amazon, not to this address.

Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.
If anything snaps, breaks or fails in the first 90 days, Our Guarantee covers a free replacement.
Items That Can't Be Returned
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
The store you bought from (Bodylastics, Amazon or another retailer) will tell you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.
