    This is my second set.

    This is my second set. First one bought in 2011.2016 Had to get extra straps. They should be stored hanging open. I am on vacation and had a hernia surgery May 10. I will really start using them mid June. I am happy about the 40# ers. I have some knee therapy exercises I need them for.

    Nice Bands

    Seem to be good quality. I appreciate the bag and accessories. I mounted D ring anchors on my wall to clip onto. Instructions say not to thread elastic through anything, but in Bodylastic youtube videos the CEO does it. Might want to update your instructions to clarify that it can be done but might wear them down or create some risk. Would be great if you could include a chart of workouts in the order to get started. I’m a rookie to all this. Overall, happy with the product and I would recommend.

    Fantastic!

    I've had some inexpensive bands that worked to a point, but even with the alleged 150lbs on, rowing movements were not difficult. I'm 60 and that amount should not be so easy! With the bodylastic bands I'm doing the same exercise with, according to the bands, 79lbs! Having the 404 pound set I'll never run out of resistance and with 6 handles it greatly speeds up my workouts. The resistance they provide is excellent and not as hard on aging joints. I shoot Olympic Recurve Archery and they're fantastic for simulating the draw resistance using a heavier weight than my bow which in turn makes the actual shooting easier. Easier is steadier and steadier means increased scores. I couldn't be happier with the product!

    I’m not the type to write reviews, I don’t have the best written skills, but I’ll do my best to tell everyone about my personal growth using this product. I’m trying to cover a lot of ground in this very short explanation so forgive me if it jumps a little. Here goes: I’ll admit I had done some research, I was actually looking at a different system when I found these bands. I’ll also admit I had to learn how to use them correctly for myself to reach their maximum potential. One thing that I know from personal experience is, these bands are amazing. In four weeks I lost 18 lbs and started seeing serious definition and not once did I notice I got weak which made this an integral part of my fat loss program. I never worked out for more than 30-45 mins a day. I kept my edit clean, and I made sure to walk every day. I discovered that it is true resistance bands have to be used differently than free weights but the results on strength and aesthetic goals are the same when used properly for an individual. I have put at least 200lbs of resistance into some of my workouts and I have pushed myself daily now for 8 weeks. The results are in, this is an amazing set of equipment. I even put the bands in the bag and into my suitcase and they traveled well. This company is one of the best customer service companies you will find on the market also. If there is a problem bodylastics will treat you the way they you want to be treated. That says a lot these days. As of today I’m 180ish lbs and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. 9 weeks ago I was 213lbs and miserable. If you are looking for options, you really shouldn’t look any further. I’ve used several gimmicks to achieve my goals in the past and failed. Some of them worked O.K. But nothing not even free weights worked this well for me. Each new trial and each new gimmick discouraged me and in the end failed. This time I took a chance and bought this set completely hopeful but very skeptical and after I learned how to use the equipment I succeeded. I’ve thoroughly tested how tough they are. They held up through all the punishment I gave them and my body. In fact I mounted the ultra anchor in the studs of my wall with 2x4s and the fear was never the bands snapping but rather I was going to pull my wall down. That is how tough and strong the system is. My wall stayed up and the bands never snapped once. What I’m writing here doesn’t even do them justice. I honestly recommend you get them, try them out, and learn how your body can transform in as little as 4-8 weeks like I did. I’m literally a new man. If you think you can’t build strength on these, think again. It’s safer on your joints and it’s got better resistance control than anything I’ve ever used including free weights. Gym rats like I used to be before letting myself go for many years were biased in the belief free weights was the only way to reach strength goals. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I’ve had zero injuries, I’ve pushed my muscles harder each day to failure and if it was too easy I’d do another set. The result was a “pump” like I’ve never achieved before, and serious muscle and strength growth. TLDR: if you are looking for something that is life changing, a great product, and actually works as exercise gear; you should just stop and try bodylastics. I promise they will not disappoint. Bodylastic system gives you the most durable bang for your buck and is unmatched in craftsmanship. If you buy any other product like it you are wasting money. I hope this review helps people understand the potential hidden in this product. I’ve never been more pleased with buying a product and I’ve never been more excited to workout and get results.
