It's a good and versatile collection of tensions. They seem solid and I appreciate the sense of security in knowing that they are designed not to snap like cheaper versions.
The rings and handles add more weight than I anticipated, so I find that I often prefer using the leg loops. The rings on the handles can end up in uncomfortable positions for some exercises, but I think that would be the case with any systems that use handles.
The multiple options provided with handles, door stop, etc. is valuable.

Early in the pandemic, I thought I was ordering them from Amazon but it turned out to be cheaply made Chinese bands with totally false weight listings for each band. A 30' band which at most was 10'. Finally, I was able to order an entirely new 142' authentic set direct from bodylasticand I am so gloriously happy. Don't order anything that proports to be bodylastic from Amazon. They lie and they are not bodylastic. Accept only the real deal by ordering direct from Bodylastic. Weights are accurate. The bands are extremely well made and durable. (My old ones lasted at least 5 years.) I am one happy customer!!

I bought a set from another outfit. I was disappointed with how flimsy they were. The resistance bands seemed weak and fragile. I could barely fit my hand into the handles, and the straps chafed the sides of my hand. The door anchor was a joke.and there is no way I would have used there Anywhere anchor.
I remembered seeing Bodylastics several years ago and seemed to recall they were more rugged. I ordered the 142 lb set and I have not regretted it! The bands are thick and the cord center provides a lot of security. The resistance seems to be more even and the weight appear to accurate. The handles, ankle straps and anchors are obviously of serious construction.
Compared to Bodylastics, the cheap set of bands I bought elsewhere are toys...cheap DANGEROUS toys!

I travel a lot, so it has been difficult to sustain any sort of meaningful strength training regimen.
