How the 6 Band Pro Series Set (Warrior Colors) is built

Graphic of the patented Bodylastics inner safety cord: a braided cord running inside the band's latex tube.

Patented Inner Safety Cord

Overstretching is the number one reason resistance bands snap. A patented cord inside every Bodylastics band stops you from overstretching it. And if a band ever does snap, it does not come flying back at you. It shortens on the cord.

“We've tested 32 sets of bands and found that the Bodylastics Stackable Tube Resistance Bands are the best traditional tube-and-handle bands. They are reinforced with rope to help prevent the type of overstretching that can lead to potentially dangerous breakage.”

    Continuous-Dipped Latex Tube

Every band is built by continuous dipping: the tube runs through liquid latex, dries, then runs through again, layer after layer. The result is a thick wall that is highly resistant to snapping.

  • A Bodylastics Pro Series handle with a textured black grip and blue end caps.

    Pro Series Handles

Hard ABS with a textured grip and wider sides. You hold heavy tension securely, so your Chest, Back and Arms give out before your hands do.

  • A Bodylastics clip with a close-up of its patented O-ring, and the same clip on a band's strap with a close-up showing it held upright and in place.

    Patented O-Ring In Every Clip

A patented O-ring holds every clip upright and ready to attach. No turning clips around between exercises. To add resistance, clip on another band.

The quality is better than some others I’ve tried. So far I love them.

  3. Cole L. January 2022

    Best budget home gym

Having the Bodylastics resistance bands helps me not make excuses to go to the gym, especially in these cold months.

  4. Dawn M. December 2021

    Great!

  5. Joseph D. November 2021

    Excellent!

Sturdy bands handle has enough room so you won’t scrape your knuckles. Bands are very well made.

  6. Oleh M. October 2021

    Good and practical exercise set

I bought bodylastics Warrior Edition 14 pieces several months ago. It is comfortable to work with and the mesh provides additional convenience while going to exercise. The materials are sturdy. 4 stars instead of 5 is because this type of bands stops stretching at "earlier" point than regular (loop) bands (without handles). However, with one black and two green bands I load myself sufficiently already before that point. I recommend this set for use outdoors - kind of a gym in your hands

  7. Vitalii B. August 2021

    Highly recommended!

Have been a customer for three years. This set is the best value for money. I miss the protection barirer (which once was included), but even without it – the 6-bands Warrior is the best from all.

  8. Sk T. June 2021

    Excellent!

Received the bands in good condition as advertised. Good quality all-round & no rubber smell. Have been using it for a week now. Enjoying it and feel motivated to train. Also, have been following the Bodylastics Youtube channel, & find it very useful on how to use the bands properly for different muscle areas. Now thinking of buying 2 new sets, for my children.

How Long Do Bodylastics Resistance Bands Last?

With regular use, expect a Bodylastics resistance band set to last roughly two to three years before it wants replacing. Few brands tell you that; Bodylastics would rather you know. How long a set lasts depends on how it is used and stored: natural latex ages faster with heat, sunlight and changes in humidity. When a band does wear out, Bodylastics sells replacement parts at cost for as long as you own the set.
