Resistance Band Overhead Tricep Extension

The Resistance Band Overhead Tricep Extension is a standing extension from a high door anchor that works the Triceps, similar to the cable version in a gym. Leaning into a staggered stance lets your bodyweight counter heavier resistance.

Muscles Worked
Triceps (Triceps Brachii) · also Core (Stabilizing)
Equipment
Door anchor, Resistance band(s), 2 ankle straps
Man in a staggered stance leaning away from a high anchor, ankle straps behind his head, then extending his arms forward to eye level.
