Resistance Band Oblique Side Bend
The Resistance Band Oblique Side Bend works the Obliques (Side Abs) by bending sideways at the waist against a band anchored low on the door. The band pulls from the side, giving resistance at an angle a Dumbbell Side Bend cannot.
