Resistance Band Repel Squat
The Resistance Band Repel Squat is an assisted Jump Squat that works the Quadriceps and Glutes. Bands anchored at the top of the door take some of your body weight as you sit back, as if rappelling down a mountain, then help lift you into a small hop. The Repel Squat also works as a gentle warm-up for the knees and hips before Squats or Lunges.
- Muscles Worked
- Quadriceps, Glutes · also Hamstrings, Calves
- Equipment
- Door anchor, 2 handles
Set Up
- Anchor:
- Attach the bands to the door anchor at the top of the door.
- Bands:
- Clip a handle to each end of the bands.
