Resistance Band Lying Hamstring Curl
The Resistance Band Lying Hamstring Curl works the Hamstrings by curling your heels toward your glutes while you lie face down. With the bands anchored low on the door and ankle straps on both ankles, the floor holds your body still, so you cannot rock to move the resistance.
