Set Up
- Anchor:
- Door anchor at the bottom of the door.
- Bands:
- Thread the bands through the door anchor and clip both ends to one end ring of the Resistance Band Bar.
- Body Position:
- Stand side-on to the door, far enough away that the bands are just starting to stretch. Grip the bar with one hand on each side of the center collar, the hand nearer the anchor palm up and the other palm down, so the attached end ring is at knee level and the other end ring at hip level. Keep your chest up, head straight and abs in a slight crunch.
Movement

Points To Remember
- Keep your upper body relaxed as you rotate.
