Questions About The Preacher Curl
What muscles does the Resistance Band Bar Preacher Curl work?
The Resistance Band Bar Preacher Curl works the Biceps, with the Brachialis and Forearms assisting. Resting your elbows on your knees keeps the focus on the Biceps.
How is a Preacher Curl different from a standard Bicep Curl?
In the Resistance Band Bar Preacher Curl your elbows rest on your knees, which fixes your upper arms in place. That makes it hard to swing or lean back to help the bar up, so the Biceps do the work.
