Dear Bodylastics,
I have been using your product for 5yrs. It is the Best Ever!!! I am averaging around 250+ workouts a year and am on schedule to hit 300 workouts this year. I am 50 yrs old and in the best shape of my life. When I am training for triathlons the bands easily adjust to my training routine. The speed in which I can train allows me to keep my heart rate up while I move from exercise to exercise. Now when I switch to bodybuilding, the amount resistance, ease of use, and speed allows me to be very consistent. My muscle gain is through the roof. When I use to go to the gym I would see and hear people talk about how they spent 3 hours working out. I watched them spend a majority of time chasing down weights, waiting on machines, and setting up the next exercise. With Bodylastics I can blow out, and I mean blow out two body parts in about 30 minutes and that is includes set up. Going heavy or digging for more reps, it does not matter, these bands can take a beating. I would love to share some of my found techniques and uses of my resistance bands. I am sure it would provide a new perspective of how durable and useful they really are.
