Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up until the point that the order enters "print status". Once the order is in "print status" or printed it cannot be cancelled. In the event that your are unable to cancel your order, simply return the item for a refund.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with a product you purchase from us, you may return it to us within 90 days from the confirmed date of delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price. You must have the package postmarked within 90 days of the the confirmed date of delivery. Returns postmarked outside of the 90 days will not be accepted. We recommend that you send the product back via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground so that you can track the package and confirm that it was delivered. There is $5 restocking fee for all returned systems.
