Blake Kassel - Bodylastics inventor
First let's quickly start with Blake Kassel (me). I have been strength and resistance training ever since I was 11 years old and saw my first Bodybuilding show, "the night of champions." Once I saw these guys in unbelievable shape I knew that I wanted to look like them.

Since that experience at the Night Of Champions I have tried 'em all: Free Weights, Bowflex, Total Gym, Weight Machines, Soloflex and even Kaiser Air Resistance Machines.

I have tried almost everything and made all of the mistakes so that you don't have to! None of these were able to give me the type of workout that I get with Bodylastics. None!

The bottom line: I designed the Bodylastics system for the harshest critic - me! There is no doubt in my mind that you will love this product. To this day I shake my head every time I use this product because I cannot believe how great it works.

Bodylastics International -Elastic Resistance Pioneer
Since we launched our first system in 1998, Bodylastics International Inc. has been the innovator and category leader. Here is a list of "firsts" pioneered by Bodylastics International:

Industry 1st: Launched a completely adjustable four band elastic system that incorporated clips attached to the ends of the elastics
Industry 1st: Launched a completely adjustable five band elastic system that incorporated clips attached to the ends of the elastics
Industry 1st: Created a door anchor that could fit between the door and the door frame at all positions, even the bottom of the door
Industry 1st: Included ankle straps that could attach to the elastics therefore greatly increasing the number and range of exercises that could be performed
Industry 1st: Created an online learning with video instruction for over 140 exercises
Industry 1st: Offered solid aluminum clips on the ends of the elastics
Industry 1st: Printed the weight equivalents for each band (on the clips) so that users know exactly how much resistance they are using
Industry 1st: Launched set of elastics that creates over 127 lbs of resistance per side
